Biography
Duysenov Bolatbek Uskenbaevich was born in 1966. Higher education (civil engineer, lawyer). He graduated from the Almaty Institute of Architecture and Engineering in 1989, and from the Al-Farabi Kazakh State National University in 1997.
He began his career in 1989 in the city of Almaty, at the institute "Kazgipromyasomolprom", as an engineer of the architectural and construction department.
From 1991 to 2017, he worked in the social and housing complex "Shanyrak" under the Almaty City Executive Committee-as an engineer, in the Main Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Almaty City Executive Committee-as an inspector of GASK, in "Taga" LLP-as a leading engineer for technical supervision, in the Department of Housing of the Almaty City Administration-as a specialist, chief specialist, head of the housing inspection of the city of Almaty, deputy head of the KGP "Almaty Turgyn Uy", deputy director of the State Institution"Department of Housing".
In the Department of Land Relations of the city of Almaty, he held the positions of chief specialist, head of the production department, head of the Department of lease relations and auction, head of the Department of cadastral (estimated) value and purchase and sale agreements, head of the department of individual housing construction.
