Coordinates:
the work of departments of the akimat of the district, district institutions, offices of akims of rural districts, settlements, villages on issues of monitoring the implementation of the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Presidential Decrees, Government resolutions, decisions and orders of the akim of the region and district, resolutions of the akimat of the region and district;
activities related to the provision of public services by local executive bodies and e-government, as well as the transition to cloud document management and the connection of a remote workplace in the state bodies of the district;
the activity of managers in the implementation of the standard basic direction No. 4 "Prevention and combating corruption".
Provides solutions to the issues of personnel selection and reform of government agencies.
Organizes meetings of the akimat of the district, preparation and holding of meetings under the akim of the district.

by the district maslikhat;
by the regional State Archive;
The Public Service Center (PSC) of the branch of the NAO GC Government for citizens of the district of Beimbet Mailin;
