Abzhamalov Ayan Esengalievich was born in 1983 in the village of Ulytau, Ulytau district, Karaganda region. Higher education. In 2004 he graduated from the Zhezkazgan University named after O. A. Baikonurov with a degree in law. Married, 3 children.
He began his career in 2004 as an acting bailiff of the territorial section of the Ulytau district of the Court Administrator of the Karaganda region.
