Biography
Duissenbayev Almat Duissenbekovich was born in 1971 in the village of Karsakpai, Ulytau district, Karaganda region. In 2000 he graduated from D. A. Kunaev University with a degree in law.
He began his career in 1988 as a locksmith at the Tersakkan state farm.
1988-1989 -fireman of Ulytau Secondary school No. 1.
In 1989-1991 - in the ranks of the Soviet Army, Czechoslovakia.
1991-2008 - service in the internal affairs bodies.
2018-2020 - Chief Inspector for legislative control in the state institution "Office of Akim of Ulytau district".
On September 7, 2020, he was appointed akim of Tersakkansky rural district of Ulytau district.
