Biography
Almaganbetov Margulan Sabirovich was born in the village of Karakengir. In 2010 he graduated from the Zhezkazgan University named after O. Baikonurov with a degree in Physical Culture and Sports, in 2014 - with a degree in economics.
He started his career in 2010 as a teacher of physical culture and sports at Kondinsky Secondary School No. 8.
In 2015, he worked as a leading specialist in the administration of the village of Legend, in the same year as the chief specialist of the department of physical culture and sports of the city of Satpayev.
Since August 2017, he has held the position of akim of the Egindinsky rural district, re-elected in November 2021.
