Biography
Tore Zhalgas Saulembekovich was born in the village of Kara Kengir. In 2013, he graduated from the Zhezkazgan University named after O. Baikonurov with a degree in economics.
He started his career in 2006 as an economist at the Department of Education of Ulytau district.
Since 2017, he has worked as akim of the Karakengir rural district, re-elected akim in November 2021.
