Biography
He was born in 1982 in the Almaty region. Higher education, in 2007 he graduated from the Kazakh National Agrarian University with a degree in Finance.
He began his career as a leading specialist in the office of the akim of the Karoy rural district. Over the years, he worked as the chief specialist of the Department of the Treasury Department of Kapshagai, the chief specialist of the finance department of the city. Previously, he held the position of Deputy head of the Department of Economics and Finance of the city of Konaev.
