Born on March 11, 1978 in the village of Luben, Chingirlau district of the West Kazakhstan region. Higher education
In 1999, he graduated from West Kazakhstan Agrarian University with a degree in Economics and Management of Agriculture, and in 2019, from West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University with a degree in Law.
In 2004-2005 - Chief specialist of the akim of the Luben rural district of Chingirlau district.
From 2005 to 2007 - chief specialist, head of Office of the Akim of Luben rural district, Chingirlau district.
From 2007 to 2009 - Deputy Director of West Express Service LLP.
From 2009 to 2014 - akim of the Luben rural district of Chingirlau region.
In 2014-2015, the head of the Department of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine of the Chingirlau region.
From 2015 to 2018, he was the head of the agricultural department of the Chingirlau region.
From 2018 to 2019 - Head of the Entrepreneurship and Agriculture Department of Chingirlau District.
