Umraliev Murat Amangeldievich

He was born in 1981 in the West Kazakhstan region. Education is higher. He graduated from A.S.Pushkin West Kazakhstan State University, M.Utemisov West Kazakhstan State University with a degree in "highly qualified history teacher" and "jurisprudence".
