Biography
Makishev Askhat Kurmanovich, born in 1989 in Akmola region.
Education - higher: graduated from the Kokshetau State University named after Sh. Ualikhanov with a degree in Information Systems.
- In 2011, he began working in the State Institution "Chancery of the Akmola Regional Court" in the position of "Programmer";
- From April 2014 to January 2016 - Chief Information Technology Officer at the State Institution "Office of the Akmola Regional Court";
- From January 2016 to February 2019 - Head of the Department of Information Technologies and Protection of Information Resources of the Russian State University "Administrator of Courts for the Akmola Region";
- From February 2019 to October 2019 - Chief Expert of the Department of Public Services and Digitalization of the HRMM of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- From October 2019 to September 2020 - chief expert at the Committee for Geodesy and Cartography of ICRIAP RK;
- On September 22, 2020, he was appointed head of the Information Technology Support Department of the DIT SRC MF RK.
