Biography
Kasenov Baurzhan Kazybekovich was born in 1971. Higher education in the specialty of scientist, agronomist and economist-manager.
He started his career as a worker in 1988. From 1994 to 2008, he worked in business entities.
From 2008 to 2012, he worked as the head of the Department of Agriculture of the Pavlodar region.
From 2013 to 2016, he held responsible positions in the Committee of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs, on the Board of KazAgro National Managing Holding JSC.
In 2016-2018, he worked as deputy akim of Pavlodar region, in 2018-2019 - Akim of Uspensky district of Pavlodar region.
From 2019 to 2023, he held the position of Chief Inspector in the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2023-2024, he was Chairman of the Board of the National Agrarian Scientific and Educational Center, a non-profit joint stock company. Since December 28, 2024 - Akim of Birzhan Sal district
