Biography
Khudibayev Nurbergen was born on November 29, 1965. He holds higher education degrees: in 1993, he graduated from the Turkmen State Institute of Economics, and in 2005 from Karaganda State University named after E.A.Buketov. His specialties are economist and lawyer.
He began his professional career in 1985 and has 36 years of experience in finance, taxation, and public administration. Over the years, he has held positions as fitter, CHPP machinist, state tax inspector, chief tax inspector in Bekdash settlement, chief controller-revisor, head of the district finance department, chairman of the district and city finance committees, and head of the Tupkaragan District Tax Department.
From 2012 to 2017, he served as Deputy Akim of Zhanaozen, and in 2018-2019, as First Deputy Chairman of the Zhanaozen City Branch of the “Nur Otan” Party.
Since July 22, 2020, he has been serving as Deputy Akim of the city of Zhanaozen.
He has extensive experience in public administration, finance, taxation, and social policy.
