Biography
Tursynov Shapagat Smetovich was born on May 17, 1994 in Almaty.
In 2016, he graduated from the Kazakh National Technical University named after K. Satpayev. К. Satpayev Kazakh National Technical University with a degree in mechanical engineering.
In 2018, he graduated from Narkhoz University with a degree in Jurisprudence.
2018-2019 hired by the program "Youth Practice" in the department of organizational work and documentary support of the akim's office of Medeu district of Almaty;
2019-2019 manager in "Qasam construction" LLP;
2019-2019 Acting Chief Specialist of State Legal Department of the Office of Akim of Alatau district of Almaty;
2019-2022 chief specialist of the state-legal department of the apparatus of the akim of the Alatau district of Almaty;
From September 2022 to the present time is the head of the state legal department of the apparatus of the akim of the Alatau district of the city of Almaty.
