Kaldarbekov Yerbol Ospanovich, born January 02, 1974 in the Kyzylorda region, Zhanakurgan district, Zhanaryk village.
- Graduated from Almaty Zooveterinary Institute with a degree in Veterinary Medicine;
- Graduated from the State Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications; Bachelor's degree in Finance and Credit.
- Graduated from Alma-Ata University of Continuing Education; Bachelor's Degree in Jurisprudence.
