Born on November 10, 1962 in Tugusken village, Zhanaarkinsky district, Karaganda region
From 1980 to 1985, she studied at the Kagandy Polytechnic Institute in the specialty "construction", received the qualification of Engineer-teacher of construction disciplines

Since 1985, she worked as a chief specialist in the Almaty regional Department of vocational education. Since 1998-in the Department of education of Almaty region. In 2003, she was appointed head of the Department of technical and professional education.
Awarded with badges of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan: in 1998 - "excellent student of education", in 2004- "Honorary worker of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan", in 2017-Y. Altynsarina.
