Isagulova Gulsara Tastandinova

Gulsara isagulova was born in 1963 in the village of Algabas in the Kirov district of Taldykorgan region. Nationality-Kazakh. Education-higher pedagogical.

She started her career in 1982 as a senior pioneer teacher at Algabas high school, then worked as a teacher of Kazakh language and literature at The same school until 1988. Until 1990, she worked as a teacher of the Kazakh language and literature, Deputy Director for educational work in secondary schools No. 4 named after M. Gorky and No. 18 named after B. Zholbarysula in Taldykorgan.

From 1990 to 1993, she worked as an Executive Secretary, Deputy Chairman of the company "Kazakh tili".From 1993 to 1994, she worked as a senior assistant and then as a consultant for the Department for social issues of internal policy of the Taldykurgan regional administration.

From 1994 to 2004, she worked as a chief specialist, head of the Department of General secondary education and new technologies in training of the Department of education of Taldykorgan and Almaty region.
