Head of the Department of Business Licensing, born on September 11, 1991. He graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
In different years he worked as a lawyer and a specialist in JSC "NC" EXPO-2017 ".
From 2014 - worked in MSO "Management of Economy and Budget Planning of Almaty".
Since 2015, MSO "Department of Entrepreneurship and Investment of Almaty" has been working.
