Biography
Was born in 1979, in the Almaty region, Zhambyl region, Ungurtas settlement.
Graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law Academy, majoring in jurisprudence.
He began his career in the civil service in 2014 from the chief specialist of the department of culture and language development of the akim's apparatus of the Auezov district of Almaty, since 2016 the head of the department of culture and language development, since 2019 he is the head of the trade department of the Department of entrepreneurship and investment of the city of Almaty.
