Abdinov Almas Sapargalievich

Abdinov Almas Sapargalievich was born on February 15, 1972 in the village of obukhovka. From 1978 to 1988, he studied at the secondary school of the village of Kazakhstan. From 1988 to 1994, he studied at the Abai Almaty state University, majoring in history and law. From 2011 to 2013, he studied at the Shakarim state University in Semey, majoring in law.

He started his career in 2002 as chief of staff of the 4772 military unit of Semey. In 2003, he was hired as the chief specialist of the Department of education and health at the office of the mayor of Alakol district in the socio-cultural sphere. In 2005, he was transferred to the position of chief specialist of the Department of internal policy of the district. In the second half of 2005 was transferred to the position of chief specialist of the organizational and personnel Department of the akim's apparatus of Alakol area, in 2007 became the assistant of akim of the district in 2008 was appointed to the post of Governor Kamyshenskogo rural district, from 2010 to 2016 worked as akim of the city of Usharal.

Since May 2016-Deputy Akim of Alakol district of Zhetysu region.

Since March 1, 2021, by the order of the Akim of Almaty region, Abdinov Almas Sapargalievich has been appointed the akim of Alakol district.
