Erdenbekova Raikhan Kurmantayevna was born 1964. Education-higher. In 1984, she graduated from the veterinary technical school in Taldykorgan with a degree in veterinary medicine, and in 2001 from Zhetysu state University named after I. Zhansugurov with a degree in Economics and management.
She started her career as a branch technician.
