Biography
Zhakupov Boltirik Ausadykovich was born in 1961. In 1984, he graduated from the Kazakh chemical and technological Institute with a degree in civil engineering, and in 2005 from the Kazakh national agrarian University with a degree in Economics.
He started his career as a master of the state farm. Worked as an instructor Enbekshikazahskiy of the Communist party, first Secretary of the regional Committee LKSMK, master GKO "Ossiculoplasty", head of the Central Committee of LKSMK, Deputy head of the management Department of the State Committee on architecture and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, akim of the rural district, the Chairman of the PC "Kyrbaltabay", Deputy akim Enbekshikazakh district, the head of the state architectural-building control of Almaty oblast, akim of Panfilov district of Almaty region.
Since 2015-Deputy head of the state institution "Department for control over the use and protection of lands of the Almaty region".
