Biography
Iskakov, Aktolkyn Atasagun was born in 1972 in Aksu district of Almaty region.
In 1995, she graduated from Almaty technological University.
In 2006, she graduated from Zhetysu economic Institute with a degree in accounting and audit.
From 1995 to 2002, she worked in Transservice Karabulak LLP, Customs Service LLP.
Since July 01, 2003, she worked as a chief specialist, head of the sector in the State Institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the city of Tekeli".
From 2018 to the present, Head of the department.
