Biography
Nurzhamal Abdrakhmankyzy Shokhanova was born in the Zhetysay District of the South Kazakhstan Region on September 25, 1973.
In 1995, she graduated from the philological faculty of the Al-Farabi Kazakh State National University.
In 1995-2003, she worked as the Editor, Head of the Scientific Edition Department, Editor-in-chief at "Al-Farabi", "Otyrar" publishing houses in Almaty.

In 2003-2005 - Editor of the "Tekeli Worker" newspaper, Head of the Internal Policy Department of the Akim's Administration of Tekeli, Head of the State Institution "Department of Internal Policy, Culture and Language Development of Tekeli".
Since 2006 - Head of the State Institution “Department of Internal Policy of Tekeli”.
She was awarded with the jubilee medals “20 years of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “20 years of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
