Beisenkulova Gulmira Mukataeva, was born in 1966 in the Lenin state farm, Kirovsky district, Taldykorgan region. Graduated from the Almaty Institute of National Economy, majoring in finance and credit. She started her career as a chief specialist in the Taldykorgan regional Financial Management. She worked there for 11 years until the liquidation of the region. In 1997, she was transferred to the Taldykorgan City Finance Department and appointed to the position of chief specialist - Deputy head of the city finance department. Currently, he works as the head of the finance department of the Eskeldinsky district.
