Tulepbergenov Serik Sagievich

Tulepbergenov Serik Sagievich was born on June 16, 1976 in the village of Shymkent, Eskeldinsky district, Almaty region.

In 1995 he graduated from the law college of Taldykorgan. From 1996 to 2000 he graduated from the Zhetysu Economic Institute at the Faculty of Accounting and Audit, with a degree in economics. In 2001, he got a job as a driver of a water utility in the Uygur district of Almaty region. In 2003, he was an economist of the peasant farm "Kakamanov and K". In 2004, he served as the chief specialist of the Treasury department of the Eskeldinsky district in the village of Karabulak. In 2006, he was transferred to the Department of Entrepreneurship of the Eskeldinsky district as a leading specialist. In 2007-2016, he worked as a chief specialist in the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Eskeldinsky district. On November 09, 2016, he was appointed head of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Eskeldinsky district.
