Biography
Safrygin Igor Vladimirovich, born in 1981, a native of Tselinograd region of the Balkashinsky district of the village of Balkashino. In 2004, he graduated from Omsk state technical University with a degree in management.
He started his career as a teacher at the Shirokovskaya secondary school in Bogorodka village in 2000.
