Biography
R.D. Tobikov started his career in 2002 as an assistant prosecutor of the Karkaralinsky district of the Karaganda region.
He held the positions of prosecutor of the department and senior prosecutor of the Department for supervision of the legality of judicial decisions and enforcement proceedings in civil and administrative cases of the Prosecutor's Office of the Karaganda region, senior prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of the Karkaraly district.
Since 2019, he has worked as a prosecutor of the Aktogay district of the Karaganda region.
Service experience in the prosecutor's office for more than 20 years.
