Biography
Esymbayev Askar Amangeldinovich, born in 1975, a native of Akmola region, Sandyktau district, village of Balkashino. In 1997, he graduated from Akmola agricultural University named after Saken Seifulin with a specialty "Veterinary doctor". In 2005, he graduated from the Kokshetau University of mieni Abay Myrzakhmetov with a degree in "State and local management".
He started his career in 1998 as a veterinarian in Department 2 .
From 2000 to 2004, he served as the mayor of the Forest rural district of Sandyktau district.
In 2004 to 2005-Director of the state institution "Sandyktau district employment center"
From 2005 to 2007-Deputy head of the Department of internal policy, culture and language development of the Sandyktau district.
In 2007 to 2012-akim of Balkashinsky rural district of Sandyktau district.
