Biography
Kairat Kazeztayevich zhylkybayev, born in 1967, a native of the Akmola region of the Zerendinsky district of the village of koshkarbay. In 1993, he graduated from the Kokshetau agricultural Institute with a degree in agronomy. In 1994, Kokshetau University named after A. Myrzahmetov in the specialty "Jurisprudence". In 2014, Kokshetau state University named after sh. Ualikhanov with a degree in Management.
He started his career in 1985.
Since 2001, he has held senior positions in the civil service in the field of material production.
In 2011 to 2012-Deputy mayor of Tselinograd district.
In 2012 to 2013-Deputy mayor of the city of Kokshetau.
In 2013 to 2015-Deputy mayor of Burabay district.
In 2016 to 2019-head of the Department of agriculture of the Sandyktau district.
Since may 2019, he has held the position of Deputy mayor of the Sandyktau district.
