She was born on January 1, 1971 in the village of Mayakovsky, Altynsarinsky district, Kostanay region. Nationality – Kazakh.
She has two higher educations: in 1996 she graduated from Kostanay State University named after A. Baitursynov, majoring in Pedagogy and MNO, in 2006 she graduated from Kostanay Engineering and Economics University named after M.Dulatov, majoring in Transportation Organization and Management (by types of transport).
She began her career in 1989 as a primary school teacher at school No. 7 in Kostanay and school No. 2 in the village . Zatobolsk. Since 1999, she has worked as a leading specialist in the State Enterprise "Kostanayoblavtodor", a leading specialist of the Kostanay State Institution of Highways, a leading specialist of the State Enterprise "Kostanayoblavtozhol".
