She was born on September 1, 1975 in Kostanay region, in Denisovsky district, in the village of Aksu. Nationality – Kazakh.
She has two higher educations: in 1997 she graduated from Kostanay State University named after A. Baitursynov, majoring in History, in 2021 she graduated from Kostanay Engineering and Economics University named after M.Dulatov, majoring in Transport, Transport Equipment and Technologies.
She started her career in 1997. From 1997 to 2001, she worked as a history teacher at the Ybyray Altynsarin Lyceum School, at School No. 24 named after him. Syrbaya Maulenova. In 2001, she entered the civil service in the State Institution "Department of Municipal Property and Public Procurement of Kostanay region" as a chief specialist.
