Born in 1977, higher education, lawyer by profession.
He started his career in 2001 as an acting chief specialist-lawyer of the Office of the Akim of Tolebi district.
In 2001-2017, he worked as the chief specialist-lawyer of the Office of the Akim of Tolebi district, adviser to the Akim of Tolebi District, Chief Inspector of the Akim of Tolebi district, head of the legal department of the Office of the Akim of Tolebi district, head of the Department of Agriculture and land relations of Tolebi district.
In 2019-2024, head of the Department of Agriculture of Tolebi district.
Since February 2024, he has been the head of the Department of construction, architecture and urban planning of the Tolebi district.
