Biography
Born in 1977, higher education, majoring in history teacher.
He started his career in 1996 as the head of the workshop of the secondary school named after I. Altynsarin, Otrar district.
In 2000-2003, he worked as the head of the amateur circle of Secondary School No. 3 in Lenger, as an accompaniment to the Tolebi District House of culture.
