Biography
He was born in 1972 in Sarybastau village, Raimbek district, Almaty region. He graduated with honors in 1998 from the Kazakh Institute of Physical Culture with a degree in Physical Culture and Sports.
From 1990 to 1992 he served in the army.
From 1993 to 1994 he was a coach at the Republican Children and Youth Sports School;
1994-1995 - teacher of physical education; From 1996 to 2001 he was a coach of children and youth sports school of Raiymbek district;
In 2001-2008 S. Deputy Director for Education of Sauranbayev Secondary School;
From 2008 to 2009 he was a coach of the Sarybastau branch of the Raimbek district children and youth sports school;
In 2009-2010 S. Deputy Director for Education of Sauranbayev Secondary School;
2010-2014 - Director of Koksai secondary school;
From 2014 to 2019 he served as akim of Kakpak rural district.
Since 2019 he has been working as akim of Narynkol rural district.
