Biography
Ilyasov Omirbek Zhumabekovich was born on July 08, 1967 in the Zhanakorgan region.
In 1991 he graduated from the Zhambyl Irrigation and Construction Institute with a degree in Mathematics and Informatics, in 2001 Taraz State University. M.Kh Dulati majoring in hydraulic engineering.
He began his career in 1985 in the ranks of the Soviet Army.
