Seitkasymov Nurkasym Abdikalykovich was born on April 08, 1993 in the Zhanakorgan region.
In 2015 he graduated from Taraz State University named after. M.Kh.Dulati JSC specialty "Mechanical Engineering".
11.2016-01.2018 - methodologist-specialist in youth affairs in the office of akim of the rural district of Kozhamberdi (on a temporary basis);
06.2020-06.2020 - Methodist-specialist for youth affairs in the apparatus of the akim of the rural district of Kozhamberdi;
06.2020-07.2021 - chief specialist in the office of akim Kozhamberdi;
From July 25, 2021 to the present, he has been the akim of the Kozhamberdi rural district.
