Biography
Orazbekov Kenes Zhumakhanovich was born on May 18, 1979 in the village of Kandoz, Zhanakorgan district, Kyzylorda region.
In 1996-1998 He graduated from vocational school No. 5 in Almaty with a degree in publishing.
