Biography
Born in 1987, higher education. By profession - state and local government, lawyer.
In 2004-2008 he studied at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, in 2008-2010 at the Shymkent Institute.
He started his career in 2005 as a student, as a decorator and painter. In 2008-2010 he worked as a contract operator in the Department of the migration committee for the South Kazakhstan region, in 2010-2012 he worked as a chief specialist in the migration Police Department for the South Kazakhstan region. In 2013-2014, he worked as an economist agronomist at the Tolebi District institution "parks", in 2014-2018 – chief specialist lawyer in the Office of the mayor of Lengir, in 2018-2020-legal adviser to the mayor of Lengir, from 2020 to the present-Chief Inspector in the organizational and Inspection Department of the Office of the Akim of the district.
Since August 2024, he has been the head of the Department of informatization and monitoring of the provision of public services of the Office of the Akim of Tolebi district.
