Biography
Bukeev Alibi Tuleshovich was born on July 02, 1977 in the village of Zhayylma, Zhanakorgan region.
In 1994 he entered the Al-Farabi Kazakh State National University in Almaty with a degree in geography, graduated in 1998.
He began his career in 1999 as a geography teacher at the Kazakh secondary school No. 195 "Zhaiylma".
In 2000-2004 served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2007 to 2010, Deputy Chairman for the economy of the rural consumer cooperative "Kazyna".
