A sports event dedicated to the International Sports Day was held among the convicts in the institution No. 28 of the DUIS in the West Kazakhstan region.
Tug-of-war competitions among convicts were held as part of the event. The main purpose of the competition was to promote a healthy lifestyle, physical culture and sports, as well as to organize useful and meaningful leisure time for convicts.
During the competition, the participants demonstrated physical strength, endurance, agility and team spirit.
Holding such sports events helps to strengthen the physical health of convicts, the formation of teamwork skills, discipline and responsibility, and is also aimed at their positive socialization.
