In order to ensure the safety of minors, prevent offenses and strengthen preventive work with families, a joint raid was conducted with the participation of the juvenile affairs inspector of the Ural Police Department, T. M. Shagraev, the probation service inspector No. 2 of the Bayterek district, A. Kalybekova, a social educator of the education department and a psychologist at the district hospital.
During the raid, families were visited, the living conditions and upbringing of children were checked, preventive conversations were held with legal representatives about the importance of proper performance of parental duties and creating a safe environment for minors.
During a visit to one of the families, the fact of improper fulfillment by the legal representative of the duties of raising a minor child was revealed. According to this fact, the legal representative was brought to administrative responsibility under Article 127 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is also established that this person is registered with the probation service.
Such events make it possible to identify families in need of special attention in a timely manner and take measures to protect the rights and legitimate interests of children.
