As part of the implementation of the “Law and Order” principle initiated by Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, an enhanced night-time raid was conducted in Kazaly District to ensure public safety and prevent juvenile delinquency.
The raid was attended by District Akim Almasbek Esmakhanov, heads of relevant departments, police officers and representatives of educational institutions. They visited entertainment venues, cafés, bars and retail outlets to monitor compliance with legal requirements.
Particular attention was paid to preventing the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors, ensuring that teenagers do not remain in public entertainment venues at night without their legal guardians, and verifying compliance with applicable laws. Business owners received explanations of the relevant legal requirements and were reminded of the importance of strict compliance with the law.
Raids aimed at maintaining public order, protecting children’s safety and preventing offences will continue in the district centre and rural areas.
