An extraordinary session of the Ust-Kamenogorsk City Maslikhat was held with the participation of the Akim of the city. One of the key items on the agenda was the review of the progress in preparing housing and коммунal services facilities, social infrastructure, and the housing stock for the upcoming heating season.
Reports on the progress of the preparation for the heating season were delivered by the heads of the Ust-Kamenogorsk Combined Heat and Power Plant (CHPP), Sogrinskaya CHPP, and Shygys Zhylu JSC (Ust-Kamenogorsk Heating Networks). Representatives of the East Kazakhstan Region Health Department, as well as the city's departments of Housing and Communal Services, Housing Relations, Culture, Education, Employment, and Social Programs also presented information.
Particular attention was given to completing the preparation of heat supply facilities and engineering infrastructure within the established timeframes, strengthening control over the readiness of multi-apartment residential buildings, conducting targeted work with condominium management bodies demonstrating a low level of preparedness, and ensuring the timely connection of education, healthcare, cultural, and social protection facilities to the centralized heating system.
The deputies emphasized the need to take comprehensive measures to minimize the risk of emergencies during the heating season and to ensure uninterrupted heat supply for the city's residents.
The implementation of the adopted recommendations will remain under the continuous supervision of the Ust-Kamenogorsk City Maslikhat.
