Today, Yerzhan Mynzhasarov, Chairman of the Internal State Audit Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, introduced the new Deputy Chairman of the Committee – Olzhas Nukayev, to the staff.
Olzhas Nukayev was born in 1985 in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk. He graduated from S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in "Finance". He holds a Master's degree in Finance obtained from the Financial Academy.
Olzhas Nukayev began his career in the field of state audit in 2011 as an auditor at the Financial Control Inspectorate for the East Kazakhstan Region.
Over the years of working in the state audit system, he has progressed professionally from an auditor to managerial positions.
From 2019 to 2022, he held the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Internal State Audit for the East Kazakhstan Region.
Since 2022, Olzhas Nukayev has continued his work at the Internal State Audit Committee, where he held the position of Head of the Risk Management Division.
In his new position, he will oversee issues of digital development and state audit analytics, as well as the implementation of strategic initiatives, including the rollout of the SMART AUDIT QAZAQSTAN(SAQ) project.
