On October 28, 2026, Orazbay Murat Askaruly, Head of the Department of Internal State Audit for Astana, held a personal reception for citizens.

During the meeting, the Head of the Department and employees of the Desk Audit Control Division were presented with a digital platform incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, designed to analyze risks in the field of public procurement.

According to the developer, the platform includes 21 risk profiles, which will enable public procurement procedures to be classified into three categories based on the level of risk of violations: high, medium, and low. In addition, the proposed tool is intended to identify potential risks and excessive requirements in technical specifications.

Following the presentation, the Head of the Department emphasized the importance of such initiatives in enhancing the transparency of procurement procedures, improving the effectiveness of state audit, preventing violations, and ensuring the efficient use of budget funds.

At the same time, the developer was provided with relevant explanations and recommendations on further improving the tool, particularly taking into account the need to train AI models using established judicial and law enforcement practice.

It should be noted that the implementation of the principle of "Law and Order" and the concept of the "Listening State" предусматривает open dialogue between government authorities, citizens, and business community representatives.

Thus, during the first ten months of 2026, the Head of the Department held 8 personal receptions for citizens, including representatives of the business community and associations.
