Astana, 4 August 2026 – Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Arman Issagaliyev held a meeting with the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Kazakhstan, Abdulla Hussain Al-Jaber.
During the talks, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of Kazakhstan-Qatar relations. They noted the dynamic development of political dialogue and the expanding cooperation in the trade, economic, investment, as well as cultural and humanitarian fields.
Particular attention was paid to the implementation of the agreements reached at the highest level, as well as to new opportunities for strengthening mutually beneficial ties between the two countries.
The parties also exchanged views on key regional and international issues, including the situation in the Middle East.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Kazakhstan and Qatar reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining regular dialogue and jointly advancing promising areas of bilateral cooperation.
