A meeting of the working group on the implementation of projects under the Smart City (SMART CITY) concept was held under the chairmanship of N.S. Oraz, Head of the Office of the Akim of the West Kazakhstan Region.
During the meeting, participants reviewed projects aimed at expanding the use of digital solutions and innovative approaches across various areas of public life.
Particular attention was given to enhancing interaction between citizens and government agencies through the Ashyq Qogam mobile application, which provides a convenient platform for submitting requests and receiving feedback.
The meeting also featured innovative approaches to the efficient management of municipal solid waste (MSW), with the goal of improving environmental responsibility and strengthening waste management practices.
Special attention was paid to the BALA QORGAU project, which is designed to enhance student safety and create a more secure educational environment in schools.
The implementation of these initiatives will promote the adoption of modern digital technologies, improve the quality of public services, and contribute to the development of a comfortable, safe, and efficient urban environment for the residents of the West Kazakhstan Region.
