Today, another “Open Akimat” meeting was held with residents of Zhangala District.
During the meeting, participants discussed issues related to the quality of Kazakhtelecom internet services and mobile communications, which remain among the main concerns of local residents. Senior officials and specialists from the West Kazakhstan Region's telecommunications sector attended the meeting to hear residents' questions and suggestions.
Residents had the opportunity to raise their concerns directly and offer proposals for improving communication services. In response, specialists provided explanations and outlined the measures that will be implemented to address the issues in a phased manner.
Such open-format meetings help strengthen cooperation between citizens and government authorities while promoting joint solutions to issues affecting local communities.
