On February 27, 2026, the State Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a meeting of the board to summarize the results of activities for 2025 and determine key tasks for 2026 with the participation of Vice Minister of Finance D.O. Temirbekova.
During the meeting, the main results of the treasury system, budget execution indicators, issues of improving administration and digitalization processes, as well as measures to increase transparency and efficiency of public finance management were considered.
Reports were made by Deputy Chairmen of the State Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan: - A.M. Baiguzhina on the topic "Results of the Committee's activities and its tasks for 2026"; - E.K. Tyulyupov on the topic "Rule-making, register of work experience"; - Ғ. B. Taғaev on the topic "Results of activities on public procurement." In their speeches, they elaborated on the results achieved, identified problematic issues and presented priority areas of work for the coming year. Also, reports were made by the heads of regional departments of the state treasury, who presented the results of work on the ground and outlined the key tasks for 2026.
Following the meeting, specific guidelines and measures were identified aimed at further developing the treasury system, strengthening financial discipline and improving the quality of budget execution.
