By order of the Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Murat Bukharbaevich Adilkhanov was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the State Treasury Committee.
Murat Adilkhanov graduated from the Kazakh State Law Institute with a degree in Jurisprudence, and the Financial Academy with a degree in Accounting and Auditing.
He began his career as a lawyer in the Akim's Office of the Shardara district of the city of Shardara, South Kazakhstan region.
In the structure of the Ministry of Finance, in different years he worked as a chief specialist, head of department, department, deputy chairman of the Committee for work with insolvent debtors, director of the Departments of Internal Control, legal service, as well as the Department of Legislation of Public Procurement and Procurement of the quasi-public sector.
Prior to his appointment, he served as Director of the Department of Internal Procurement and Assets of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
